King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) is Thailand’s national public engineering and technology university, recognized as one of Thailand’s 9 research universities and consistently ranked top among Thai universities. KMUTT is well known for its innovative programs and strong curricula in science, technology, and engineering. Please note that this destination is only available to students registered in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering, and through the not-for-credit pathway.

Application timeline: Rolling admissions until March 10th, 2026
Housing: on-campus housing available but not guaranteed. The host university will assist students in finding off-campus options if on-campus housing is not available.
Application Process:
1) Review KMUTT Guidebook and identify a potential supervisor at KMUTT based on your background and interest
2) Submit CIE application no later than March 10th (**Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, students are encouraged to apply early)
3) Send the following required documents to internshipatkmutt@gmail.com and copy saowalak.chu@mail.kmutt.ac.th (please combine all documents to one PDF file)

4) Applications will be reviewed by MKUTT supervisor and students might be asked to provide more information
5) Successful applicants will receive CIE nomination (nominations will be confirmed on a rolling basis)
6) KMUTT International Affairs (IA) Office will notify students of application result
