USIU–Africa is one of the leading private Universities in Kenya representing over 70 nationalities undertaking 29 Undergraduate, Graduate and Doctoral programs and it is the only university in the region with dual accreditation in Kenya by the Commission for University (CUE) and the United States of America (USA) by WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC).
The university has a large campus located in the Roysambu neighbourhood which includes all sorts of amenities like the cafeterias, playgrounds, sports facilities, libraries and research centres. There are a number of student clubs and organizations and support is offered to students with disabilities. Some of the initiatives at the university includes the Global Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship (GAME) and the Development Partnerships in Higher Education (DELPHE).
