C.D. Howe Memorial Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship (appx $16,000) awarded to one undergraduate student enrolled in the Arts and Science, in a major or specialist program in Economics, History or Political Science, or in an interdisciplinary program such as International Relations and Peace and Conflict Studies.
