Imperial College London (ICL) is a world-class university with a mission to benefit society through excellence in science, engineering, medicine and business. The college could be traced back to 1845 as the Royal college of Chemistry, throughout these years it has produced 14 Nobel prize winners. It is also known as one of the most internationalized universities in the world with around 15,000 students and 8,000 staff, amongst them 62% of students were non-UK citizens. This exchange opportunity is with ICL’s Department of Chemistry.  The institution has its roots in the vision of Prince Albert to make London’s South Kensington a centre for education, with colleges going alongside the nearby Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum and Science Museum. 

The opportunity is available for students who are enrolled in a study program (Specialist or Major) at the Department of Chemistry, UTSG. 

Credit Equivalency: 60 ECTS = 5.0 UofT FCE 

Available Courses: Students are expected to complete 15 ECTS of lectures and 15 ECTS of research. Students can select one module (5 ECTS) from the Imperial College of Business School.
