Exchange: CentraleSupelec

CentraleSupélec is one of the most prestigious and exclusive engineering universities in France and is a member of the graduate engineering school of Paris-Saclay University in Gif-sur-Yvette.  It was established on 1 January 2015, as a result of a strategic merger between two prestigious grandes écoles in France, École Centrale Paris and Supélec. 

Credit Equivalency: 60 Credits = 5.0 UofT FCE 

Available Courses: Check here. (exchange students must be in their 4th year undergraduate program or graduate) Please note that access to graduate courses is not guaranteed and requires special permission from the graduate program. Please consult CIE before applying. 

Students can choose from the following options: 

– Courses from the course catalogue (taught in English or French).  Fall term courses are mostly taught in French. 

Semester by Research (in English): Spring research: 1/3 of courses and 2/3 of research projects, 

Semester by Coursework (in English): one of the seven tracks designed for the Spring semester (UofT’s winter term). The seven tracks are listed below:
