Situated in Israel’s cultural, financial and technological capital, TAU shares Tel Aviv’s unshakable spirit of openness and innovation – and boasts a campus life as dynamic and pluralistic as the metropolis itself. Tel Aviv the city and Tel Aviv the university are one and the same – a thriving Mediterranean center of diversity and discovery.
The Visiting Students program is open for research students in various fields!
Credit Equivalency: 5.0 credits at UofT = 30 credits. Note: Instead of getting a transcript from the host university, admitted students must enroll in an Independent Research (or similar) course in the equivalent department at U of T.
Pre-approval courses: CSB397Y0 – for CSB students, the minimum cGPA is 2.5 and project must last for 12 weeks.
Housing: On-campus housing is not available, but host institution will help in securing housing.
Funding: Students applying to Tel Aviv University for 12 weeks should also apply for Globalink Research Award. Successful GRA applicants will not be considered for $3000 CIE funding and IE Award because the GRA amount is the greater of the two.
