Summer School Exchange: Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST)

KAIST, South Korea’s first and top research university for science and technology, is growing into a globally competitive institution by producing elite scientists and engineers. KAIST is comprised of three campuses: the Main and IT convergence campuses are located in Daejeon and the Business School in Seoul, all teaching most undergraduate courses in English.

Students have taken courses in Korean language, material science and engineering, bioinformatics, anthropology and more.

KAIST International Summer School (KISS) is a unique opportunity for students, from Korea and abroad, to experience unique teaching and culture and to build meaningful relationships with a global community.

KAIST International Summer School (KISS) – Track 1: Course-oriented Program

Credit Equivalency: 5.0 credits at UofT = 30 credits. Students must complete 6 local credits (1.0 FCE UofT).

Housing: On-campus housing is guaranteed. *Please note: Unless a student has a family in Korea, he/she is supposed to stay on campus.
