- Apply directly online via the GRIPS program portal by the deadline (11:59 p.m. (GMT+8), 1 March, 2026)
- Submit all supporting documents
- Successful applicants will receive acceptance notice

- Accepted students will receive admissions letter and visa instructions from the host university
