Located in Finland, Aalto University is a place where imagination and theory meet practice and reality. The Aalto Science Institute International Summer Research Programme (AScI) offers cutting-edge projects in Applied Science and Engineering and students will have the opportunity to collaborate with top research groups at Aalto University, and connect with an international community. There are also various cultural and social activities offered during the experience. Selected students will receive a salary of minimum €2000/month and a travel bonus.
Please note that this destination is only available to students registered in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering, and through the not-for-credit pathway.
Interested students should apply directly to the host institution first, then seek CIE nomination approval if application is successful.

Program Dates: 12 weeks between June and August, exact dates dependent on the project.
Housing: the host will assist in finding low-cost student housing.

6) Admitted students will receive pre-arrival information from the host institution
