Summer Research: Beihang University

Located in Beijing, Beihang University (BUAA) is China’s first university of aerospace technology, combining disciplines in science, engineering, liberal arts, law, economics, management and education. Beihang is generally listed as one of the top engineering research universities in China, along with Peking and Tsinghua, and offers some bachelor, masters, and doctoral programs in English.

Engineering students can apply for projects in Materials Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering.

Funding: Students applying to Beihang University should also apply for Globalink Research Award. Successful GRA applicants will not be considered for $3000 CIE funding and IE Award because the GRA amount is greater of the two.
