Cross-Cultural College is a collaborative education project jointly run by Mount Allison University, Queen’s University, University of Toronto and Kwansei Gakuin University (KGU). The program aims to educate students to become world citizens and leaders who can contribute to the growth and sustainability of a globalizing world with cross-cultural understanding and communication skills. Along with the benefits of acquiring various skills, the program features two core courses for students to participate in internships, and problem-solving activities related to business. An emphasis on student mobility and teamwork provides opportunities to develop international networks, and nurtures active young people to become world citizens and leaders.
The Cross-Cultural College offers two courses students are able to take in the summer term:
Global Career Seminar in Japan (0.5 credits) – 10 days in early August
Global Internship in Japan (0.5 credits) – 16 days in mid-late August
Students that complete one or more courses through Cross-Cultural College may be eligible for the Certificate Program!
Credit Equivalency: 30 Credits = 5.0 UofT FCE
Housing: On-campus housing is guaranteed
