Independent Summer School: Queen Mary UL

Queen Mary University of London’s Summer School offers a chance to study a course in London with students from all over the world. Students can choose to join for either one or both sessions. Session 1 runs 30 June – 18 July, 2025 and Session 2 runs 21 July – 8 August, 2025.

Transfer Credit

This program is not eligible to transfer academic credit back to UofT.

Co-Curricular Record 

This experience is a verified Co-Curricular Record (CCR) activity. Getting this activity added to your CCR is optional. If you are interested, please contact global.el@utoronto.ca with your name and student number, to inquire about the requirements for CCR recognition.

Fees

The program fee is £2500 for one session or £4900 for both. UofT students will receive a 10% discount as a partner of QMUL.
Applicants must use their @mail.utoronto.ca email to apply so the discount can be applied.

Round-trip flights, accommodations, social activities, meals, visas if required, and personal spending, are not included in the program fee.

Housing is available at the QMUL campus with a single room and private bathroom for £1013 for one session, or £2025 for both.

Please note that while this is an independently run summer school through our partner QMUL, UofT students who are accepted into the program and are in financial need, may apply for the IE+ Award.

Safety Abroad

While these courses are independent through QMUL, as a partner of UofT, accepted students will be required to complete the Safety Abroad requirements  before travelling.
